Great Taste
Irish start-up company called Rívesci (pronounced Ree-vessy) won the coveted three-star award at one of the world's most trusted food and drink awards, the Great Taste Awards, for their Cashew Chilli Crush.
Meet the Team
‘Rívesci’ is a play on words whilst also paying homage to Shannon and Declan’s roots. ‘Rí’ is the Irish for King and Shannon’s first home in Clonmel was at King Street Flats. ‘vesci’ is the Latin for food and also acknowledges Declan’s hometown of Abbeyleix, Co.Laois as the ‘de Vesci’ family founded Abbeyleix many moons ago. It can also be recognised as ‘King of Food’, in Shannon & Declan’s eyes anyway!
